The fact that you hold the reigns doesn't mean you have control. The bit and spur provide motivation. Use them and you will get action, but is it the action you want? To get the most out of a horse you must develop a relationship. That relationship must be built upon a foundation of trust, consistency and responsibility.
This is a 3 day, immersion experience into the world of the cowboy. We will examine the relationship between a cowboy and his horse, and how it is surprisingly similar to the relationship between a leader and those they lead. Our purpose is not to boil leadership down to cheap cliches or try to provide easy answers; we seek to improve leadership skills through hard-work and self-examination.
