This course is all about you. Success can mean different things for different people, but it is always driven by one's core values and the ability to motivate yourself. From soccer moms to CEO's, we could all use a gut check - an exploration of what makes us tick - what we want out of not just our careers, but our life in general.
This course is two days at the ranch. The experience will cause you to examine your purpose in life and discover what you find important. You will learn new skills in building relationships. You will see how your actions and body language are sometimes not consistent with your intentions. You will spend at least four hours each day working with horses and learning the ways of the cowboy.
