Why Cowboys?

"My leaders have always been cowboys."

- Joe Reid

The American West was shaped by cowboys. Cowboys are tough, hard-working, say-it-like-it-is people.

They understand the value of hard work and see everything through to completion.

To get work done the cowboy must trust his ability to build strong, working relationships with his horses and his fellow cowboys.

We will teach you the tools of the trade and help you understand how this will make you a better leader.

"I have known the men from the Danglin B for several years. I believe that all three of these men are well-qualified horsemen and cowboys and I believe in their ability to teach others. In my dealings with them they have always had the highest level of honesty, morals, integrity and cowboy code of ethics.

I consider it an honor to be around cowboys who possess these leadership qualities."

"Being a start up company we needed to get our managers all on the same page and provide a basis for our team and leadership approach. Cowboy Leaders course, "Ride For the Brand", helped us do all of that and more. We found the program to be highly effective, personal and professional."

"Let me say thank you for providing the training to this group. Many of the individuals that you trained on Monday had never had "official" leadership training before and I think it was very beneficial for them, as well as all of us, to see exactly what leaders are expected to do."
