Why Cowboys?
"My leaders have always been cowboys."
- Joe Reid
The American West was shaped by cowboys. Cowboys are tough, hard-working, say-it-like-it-is people.
They understand the value of hard work and see everything through to completion.
To get work done the cowboy must trust his ability to build strong, working relationships with his horses and his fellow cowboys.
We will teach you the tools of the trade and help you understand how this will make you a better leader.
What We Do
"No hour of life is wasted that is spent in the saddle."
- Winston Churchill
We provide our guests with an immersion experience into the Cowboy's world. Most people have an idea of what a Cowboy is to them. Although people's ideas differ, the one constant is the trusted partnership the Cowboy has with their horse.
We have had the great privilege of sharing our lives with horses and cowboys. Now, we want to share our experiences with you.
Why Horses?
"Where ever man has left his footprint in his long ascent from barbarism to civilization, we will find the hoof print of a horse beside it."
- John Trotwood Moore
Horses will provide our guest with a unique look into the way they lead. Chris Cox, (a world renowned horse trainer), may have summed it up best when he said, "Horses can teach you responsibility and structure to be consistent and persistent about life. A horse is a humbling creature; they show you the weak points in your personality - the parts that need work".
In short, this experience will help you improve and provide a spark to ignite your passion for leading yourself and others.
