The Ranch

The Danglin' B Ranch operates on 333 acres in the rural community of Birdseye, Utah. Established by George and Kass Black, the ranch is a working horse and cattle ranch.

Until recently, the primary focus of the ranch has been the raising and training of Trail Riding horses. The ranch also has cattle that are Corriente/Long Horn crossbreeds used in the rodeo events of Steer Wrestling and Team Roping.

Cowboy Leaders began in 2003 as a Dream. In 2006 Fritz took it from a dream to a work-in-process by pouring his life's savings into it. We completed most of the construction projects ourselves while still holding down full-time jobs and running the ranch. In the spring of 2008 the Ranch began hosting people at Cowboy Leaders and the focus will remain there.
