Fritz BlackFritz is the designer of Cowboy Leaders and is our Leadership Training expert. Fritz has a passion for changing the way people see their role as a leader. He was raised around horses and loves the lessons learned through these magnificent animals. After spending nearly 30 years leading teams, Fritz has set his sights on helping others to see the Cowboy's world and sharing his passion through our programs.

Joe ReidJoe may have been born in the wrong century. A Cowboy in every sense of the word, Joe is a PRCA Rodeo Cowboy competing in the Steer Wrestling event. He is a certified clinician and served an apprenticeship under Ken McNabb of Powell, Wyoming. Joe is one of the top horse trainers in Utah. He is the Ranch Manager at the Danglin' B Ranch and serves as our Horsemanship expert. In his spare time, Joe put himself through college, earned a bachelor's degree in construction management and building inspection technology and went to work as the Building Plans Examiner and Building Inspector for the city of Salem, Utah.

Max ReidMax is the calming influence that keeps us all on track. Max loves people. His desire to understand people led to his proficiency in Spanish. Max is a quietly driven person. That is evident in the fact that he put himself through college and earned his bachelor's degree in Microbiology. Max is one of those rare people that listens more than he speaks. He understands people and helps them to understand themselves. Max leads the Food Safety division of TMP Solutions and is an excellent teacher.

George BlackGeorge is our host at the Danglin' B Ranch. To list his accomplishments in life would take more space than this website affords us. He retired from the McWane Corporation after 40 years of service. He was the Superintendent of Maintenance and Engineering for the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company for the last 20 years of his career. Before moving into management in the early 70's, George served as the Union President for the PSCIPCO division of the United States Steel Workers Union. He has led teams throughout his life. George is a lifelong horseman and Cowboy. In short, George Black is the prototypical Cowboy Leader. george.black@cowboyleaders.com

Brad HardmanBrad is a lifetime horseman and a strong Leader in Manufacturing Maintenance. He owns a Gentleman's Ranch in Mapleton, Utah. Like Joe, he studied under Ken McNabb in Powell, Wyoming. He is an excellent trainer, loves working with the horses and is a patient coach with people. Brad has spent 20 plus years working as the Manager of the Electrical Maintenance department in one of the world's highest producing frozen food manufacturing plants.
